Hello Experts,
We are facing an issue while doing a delivery for free delivery order in ECC. We do have a GATP ( SCM 5.0) for availabity check.
Eg. Material # is "12345678". The error is as below:
The message is "Only 0 TRP of material "12345678" available
An Item with no delivery quantity is not permitted. Item will be deleted.
Could you please throw some light, what is missing..

Rahul,
Could you try running /sapapo/ccr for stock and delivery orders
so as to check any inconsistencies in transactional data.
Also check any struck queues which contains the unupdated
transactional data.
Also check the storage location of stocks which are under
delivery creation(the sto loc needs to be visible at APO)

Hi,
You have availability check "on" in your delivery and did you check stock for that material either in MMBE or CO09.
Thanks,

Rahul,
MD04 does not display availability. Only CO09 displays availability. For a delivery, use checking rule B.
If you see a big discrepancy between MD04 and CO09 displays, run program SDRQCR21, which will rebuild the Sales Requirements table (VBBE) from the Sales orders tables.

Hello DB,
Yes, you are correct, the CO09 does shows that the stock with document mumber for which it has allocated the stock.
Currently in CO09, it does shows the above mentioned thing. It does shows the quantiy has been allocated the Sales Order # with the item # too...
Where can I see the checking rule for delivery.. ( New to GATP )
Regards

Rahul,
This is not really GATP, this entry is part of ECC. Only if you have GATP (availability checking in SCM/APO) turned on, then the second screen will come from SCM.
When you first enter the CO09 screen in ECC, you will see parameters for material plant, and checking rule. Use rule "B" for Make to stock deliveries. This corresponds to the 'Business Event" in SCM. When ECC does GATP in SCM for a delivery, this is the rule that it sends to SCM.
Usually deliveries are constructed with an ATP that does not consider sales orders, only other deliveries (but there are exceptions). You can detect this by looking at 'scope of check'. In this case, presence of a sales order would not interfere with the creation of a delivery.

Rahul,
I don't know yet. Execute CO09 in ECC. When you get to the second screen, do System > Status. Look at the data there. Does the data refer to your SCM system, or your ECC system? This will tell you if the ATP is being executed in SCM or in ECC.
Regardless of what you find above, execute program SDRQCR21 in ECC (using SA38) against that single material and plant. It shouldn't hurt anything, and if there is an inconsistancy in ECC table VBBE, the program will repair it. VBBE is important in doing ATP checks, whether the checks are done in ECC or in SCM.
Look at scope of check, regardless of the system. What is the Availability check (Checking group in SCM) that is being used? What items are included for requirements? What items are being included for stocks?
Best Regards,
DB49
Hi Rahul,
Did you check your scope of check in ECC (if ATP check is in ECC) and check control in SCM if ATP check is happening in APO system.
In ECC have you included "sales reqts" in scope of check for combination of ATP group and B checking rule T code OVZ9.
In SCM have you included BM ATP category in the check control for ATP Group and B business event ?
Thanks,
Pavan Verma
