Can import RFC structurewith default 1..1 occure be change to 1..unbounded?

Dear SDNer.

I have imported a RFC for Process Order in SAP XI ..

its default occurence is 1..1 , So my question is can i change this Occurence 1..1 to 1..Unbounded for Request and Response of RFC.

If yes Then How ?

if any Blog or Forum already available . please share

My Scenario is File -RFC-File without BPM.

So i want this RFC to be act as 1..unbounded , which is with currently 1..1 occurence

Hi Prabhat,

I think you would be able to change the occurence in the message mapping.

In message mapping go to the "messages" tab and try to change the occurence of RFC message to 0..unbounded.

this may work for you.

Do what Stefan has proposed. You can not just change the occurances in PI and expect the RFC to be called multiple times!!

When you work with ABAP proxies, you sould not use the structure of RFC directly.

Create a new structure similar to RFC structure and create ABAP proxy from that structure.

In ABAP proxy you call the RFC locally and then provide ABAP proxy structure for call.

Hi Prabhat,

It's not possible from XI side to change the RFC function Module. you need to change to SAP side only.

Check the your SAP developer guy.
