setup service level reporting

Hello,

i need availabilty reports of the productive systems in the solutions of the solution manager. The early watch reports are configured and report successfully. If I try to setup the service level reporting there are no values available. Are the any tutorials for this setup?

Hi Patrick,

Just a few things to check.

1. The EWA must be running and configured for the same 'Solution' as the SLR.

2. The plug-in must be the same on the satellite and managed systems.

3. I would suggest installing the new plug-in version 'M'.

If all of this is configured, you should get some data.

Hi Patrick,

do you "only" have to report availability figures or do you need the full-blown SLR?

In my opinion, if you only have to report availability metrics, there is a better way than SLR: using CCMS and CPH and building a CPH report will lead to a lean reporting.

That's what I've done. No data available. The report is without values.

Any ideas?

Hi,

While setup

1. Did you select Availability monitoring Under 'Content from CCMS'

2. Under System Availability select the correct 'Monitoring system' and RFC destination.

for Central monitoring it should be your solman system not the managed system.

pls check and revert back.
