Is there any way to save as a universe into Excel document

I assume when you save universe means you want store universe information in excel.

Well this options is not available in Universe designer however there tools to do that. You can check BOBJ download section for a script which save your universe information in excel format.

Hi,

There are also possibilities to develop custom applications using Designer SDK.

I think that there are applications already developed by consulting, partners or customers that do what you need.
