Log version status for message in PI message monitoring

Hi All,

we send IDocs from ECC to PI and then external systems. It's working fine all the time But third party system did not recieve only one message out of many. This missing message showing in PI is like LOG version when I look at in monitoring.It was happend long back and its still showing as scheduled.

And also there were no pending messages in the queue.

any idea what happend for this message exactly ?

Hi,

check in message monitoring with different status like waiting, holding, delivering... for the time in which message flown.

Hi,

Try to restart the message and check the entry is ther in queue or not.

normally if the queue entry is not made properly then only the same will happen.

Hi Pradeep,

when I tried to restart, I am getting the message is like You cannot restart xml message 4C91E500D3A01DFBE1008000A58C6F44 with this status.

any idea ?

Hi,

Try to resend it from RWB..

RWB -> Component monitoring -> Integration Engine -> test messages option

You can give the payload and other details to resend the message.

I think schedule message is definetly on the queue SMQ2. if you found just unlock the queue and refresh it.

No messages pending in the queue, that's for sure .....I checked many times. queue was blank.
