I have DMS 6.0 SP16. I have a folder under the public root folders I wish to delete. When I try to delete it Easy DMS says the folder is not empty - delete the contents first. But when I drill into the folder I do not see any documents or files. Any ideas what is going on and what can I do to fix it?
Thanks
Hi Tom,
The folder may be part of some strucutre...however alternate to delete the folder ..go to sap gui - transaction cv12..put public folder details (EDIPUBLICROOTFOLDER)..inside this you will see your folder..delete that in sap gui..login from easyDMS..the entry should be gone from under public root folder.

Hi Tom,
There can be several reasons as to why at times stubborn files/folders cannot be deleted.
One approach would be that you reboot your system in the Safe Mode and then delete the folder. The Safe Mode allows only essential processess to run.
