BAPI_OUTB_DELIVERY_CREATENOREF

Hi SAP Gurus,

I am facing a problem while using the subject bapi BAPI_OUTB_DELIVERY_CREATENOREF. I have passed all the required paramters , but on execution of the bapi it gives the following message and delivery :

A ICC_NUMBERING 770 Global official numbering: Input parameter incomplete

E BAPI 001 No instance of object type OutboundDelivery has been created. External reference:

Has any of you faced this problem and got resolved.
