Hi All,
Question regarding how to be notified or if there are any standard controls to check any change in price from a punchout vendor. Basically , if any, that SRM has to avoid vendors from a punch out catalog to change prices without customer knowing?
I know this is possible when doing a copy from old PO template but not a new SC using a punchout. Is there a way to check contract or are we at the mercy of the Vendor ? Please advise
Regards
Rao.
Hi,
I don't have a good solution but catalog price is already negotiated price by purchasing dep. and user still need to order the material even if the price has been changed.

Thank you Masa, I had given 3 possible solutions ..I am not sure my client likes it. Lets see.
a. a contract exists for each item procured(i.e each item that is procured from Punchout site should be in a contract).
b. Develop a custom program to check the price comparison from last procurement cycle for the same item.
c. Or build a internal catalog to have control over the price changes
