More than one main table

Is there any pros and cons to have more main table for master data in sigle repository. say 4-5 main table ?

Here most of the look up can be common in many cases.

I am confusing to move ahead.

as in what impact on Database, Roles , users, Load etc ..

Suggesst.

as in what impact on Database, Roles , users, Load etc ..

I don't think there should be impact on database, and for Role & user credential you can

manage as different main table there are some Point need to take care i.e. as follows

1. Number of Tuple and Qualified table assign to single main Table

2. Number of records on single main table

3. Number of User login to repository

Why you need 4-5 main table ???

i would suggest consolidate your main table to 2 or build new repository rather to create 4-5 main table in to single repository to avoid complexity and easy to use and maintain

Note: Above mention point may change upon your business requirement
