Proforma on confirmed quantities

Hello Gurus,

My question is quite simple : is it possible to do a Proforma on sales order confirmed quantity instead of ordered quantities??

But actually we use Sales Order stock in order to reserve the stock for a Sales order. And after we invoice the customers based on the stock available then the stock reserved. And before creating the delivery we need to receive the payment.

So we need to create a Proforma based on the "Sales order stock" then the confirmed quantities.

Is it possible?

Dear Friend,

For this you need to Create a New Routine Type ( Take help of your Abaper for the same ) which should take care of Confirm Quantity in Sales Order and do assign it in Copy Control in Tcode: VTFA at Item level in field Copy Requirement.

Hi Guillaume,

if proforma is based on sales order, we talk about sales order quantity. If proforma is based on delivery, we talk about confirmed quantities.
