Bidding - Response Comparison Download

Hi All,

I have a requirement to change the layout of the Rfx response comparison download xls .

I understand that there is a BADI BBP_BID_EVAL_DISPLAY which provides a method DOWNLOAD_RENDER to change the layout.

But I want to make the excel more readable i.e making the column headers Bold and Coloured. The standard excel which gets downloaded looks very unstructured and is difficult to understand.

Would appreciate if someone has used the BADI for this requirement.

Please check the Excel macro. You can change/enhance the macro.

Hi Masa,

Thanks for the pointer.

However the macro attached in the SAP note only works for BO download i.e. Rfx, CTR download . It does not work for Rfx response comparison.

Also If i create a new macro to format the xls , how do we identify whether the xls downloaded is from SRM system.

Other than this Response comparison download which doesnt identify L1, L2, L3 with bidder rankings,

Do we have any standard report in SRM?

i have the same requirement to change the excel layout with some Z fields .

how can i do it ?
