Hi Guys,

For A product at Location X for production order XXX12 has start date 16.09.2010 and end date 21.09.2010 in APO. In R3 it is sheduled 16-20 September. The other problem is that for this order GLEI key does not work.

Thanks & Regards,

Rajkumar

Hi Rajkumar,

1) Try running /sapapo/ccr for production orders and check any

errors noticed and take action accordingly

2) Could you please ellaborate on GLEI key mentioned

3) Check any struck queues (both inbound/outbound) or

sysfails

Please confirm

Regards

Hi,

another spot where you may look is whether the production order is getting rescheduled when you convert the planned order to production order (see PP customizing). This will lead in some cases to different dates, but why the order gets stuck in the CIF is not clear to me.

hi Rajkumar

can you check some of basic things:

Factory calendar is same in ECC and APO.

Calendar attached to the resource and the work center in SCM and ECC respectively

If the calendars, routing and PPMs are not in sync, the order will respect the dates as per routing calculations and ECC calnedars.

Hence it is imperative that all the master data in ECC and APO are in sync.

I hope above helps else let us know.
