Hi Gurus,
I have created a system user to receive inbound emails. However, it is not a dialog account and I cannot login to SAP GUI and check the incoming emails at workplace with this account.
Could anyone tell how to check the emails the system user has received?

Hi Simon,
You can do this by automatic forwarding the mail to other dialog user. For this first you has to change the system user to dialog user & do the following settings and revert back the user to system user again
1. Goto Business workplace (SBWP)
2. Select Menu Settings --> Office Settings
3. Click on Automatic Forwarding Tab
4. Select Create button
5. Enter SAP userid (where you want to forward) in Forward to
