FMBBC Automatic Release Not Working

Dear All,

Issue

Through FMBBC, when we are entering the budget, Automatic Release option is not working

Scenario

we are using 3 budget document types

0001 - Budget with Automatic release

0002 - Budget

0003 - Release

The Budget Entry is working fine with Doc Type 0002 (Budget) & then manual release with Doc Type - 0003

But when i use Document Type 0001 (budget with Automatic Release), as per standard, system should create an additional line item with REL along with Normal item.

Here, this is not happening, no additional REL line item is creating by the system.

Config Details

W.r.t to config for the said requirements,

We've done config in the below specified IMG Nodes

1. SPRO -- Public sector management -- Funds Management Government -- Budget Control system (BCS) -- Budgeting -- Basic Settings -- Definition of Budget Data -- Budget Releases -- Define Release Scenario

• Here at FM area level activated the Release Scenario

2. Define Release Scenario per Fund Type

No setting in this Node

3. Define Release Scenario per Fund

No setting in this node

4. Define Budget Types for Release

At FM Area level, created Budget Type for release

5. Assign Budget Types for Release to Processes

Here, assigned the Enter, Return & supplement processes to Release Budget Type

So, please can some one can give me some ideas why the Budget with Automatic Release is not working

Thanks for the Note....

Yes, it was relevant for my scenario and as per system specifications.

I've implemented the Note, and now Budget with Automatic Release is working perfectly
