Problem with thin client/terminal server

We're just starting out with Visual Composer. We are able to create and deploy programs using PC's, but when we try to use a thin client (my agency uses many of these) or directly on a terminal server via Remote Desktop Connection, the deploy phase fails. A new tab appears but a new page never displays. It just hangs. Is this a limitation of VC or is it some kind of "security" feature our network guys may have implemented?

What is your Vc version ? Also pls do check the SAP note 886209 if it helps in any way .

We had some deployment issues which were fixed using this .

Thank you for the input. Our version of Visual Composer is 701.7. I've passed the Note along to our Network/Server team. Although it deals with Unix boxes (we use windows) it might give them an idea.
