Alert in case of no source of supply for an order

Hi,

I am trying to find an alert in APO that relates to source of supply. We have transportation lanes in SNP and even when there is no active transportation lane for a product, SNP still generates purchase reqs. We need a alert that shows "no source of supply" in cases when order(s) created with out a source.

I see the alerts in AMON1 but none of them seem to be related to my requirement.

Any suggestions are appreciated.

Hi Visu,

I believe you have a place to start. Usually the planning program (background job background_scheduling) generates the logs in case of invalid or no source of supply (the job does not fail in such cases). You need to find a way to show them in Alert monitor for the concerend product / locaton / PDS/ user. You might like to show them up as information or warning alerts.
