Dear All,
We have transported one interface (SWCV, Namespace, SI, ED, MM, OM) from our PI DEV server o PI PRD server (we do not have PI QAS in our landscape). This is a XML file to RFC interface.
Now, in PRD environment when we are sending many files at a time then we are facing the following error:
<SAP:Category>Application</SAP:Category>
<SAP:Code area="MAPPING">RESOURCE_NOT_FOUND</SAP:Code>
<SAP:P1>7aadb270-c491-11df-c48f-dc3c0a0604bb</SAP:P1>
<SAP:P2>urn:scan_invoice_sol</SAP:P2>
<SAP:P3>com/sap/xi/tf/_MM_INVOICE_.class</SAP:P3>
<SAP:P4>-1</SAP:P4>
<SAP:AdditionalText />
<SAP:Stack>Unable to find resource 7aadb270-c491-11df-c48f-dc3c0a0604bb in the following software component versions: urn:scan_invoice_solcom/sap/xi/tf/_MM_INVOICE_.class-1</SAP:Stack>
<SAP:Retry>M</SAP:Retry>
</SAP:Error>
Through SXI_CACHE, I have cleared the cache contents and also we have restarted PI PRD JAVA engine but still we are getting this error. I have also deleted the complete objects from PRD environment and has imported afresh from PI DEV but still the same error is coming.
Please guide how this error can be resolved.
Warm Reg,
NJ
Hello Nishu,
can you quickly check if the Mapping Object with Object ID: 7aadb270-c491-11df-c48f-dc3c0a0604bb exists in the IR. If so, make a dummy change to this object and see if the delta cache refresh for this object works fine. Then try to re-run the scenario.
This should solve the problem that you are facing.
Regards, Gaurav.

The problem was with the Non-Central Adapter Engine. The error was resolved using SAP Note 764176.

What about your RFC? Have you also imported that into your Production system?

Hi,
This error is coming randomly, i.e. on processing 10 files, 2 files are giving this error and remaining are processed successfully. Again on processing the same 10 files some other couple of files will go in error and the remaining are processed successfully.
What can be the reason for this unusual behavior?
Warm Regards,
NJ
