Unable to register the object for getting SCCR/Access key

Hi Experts,

I am unable to register the object from SAP Service market place

portal, I have inserted all the required fields but in the last its

asking for select installation, but unable to select

installation, as installation TAB is desable. we have two installation numbers and both are shown desable.

Kindly suggest how can able to register the object or how will get the access key?

Hi Kiron,

May be you don't have proper access for those two installation numbers.

Please ask your admin to get proper access. If access is no issue then send message to SAP.

Hello Digesh,

It will very funny that the problem was with Internet Explorer, for IE8 the installation number tabs are desabled.

SAP is working on it, but as we don't know we are trying to tick on the installation number for registering the object and we stuck on selection tab. I used Mozilla Firefox and issue is resolved, thanks for mozilla firefox.
