When I try to attach a clause document while creating a clause a error message is displayed saying: 'There is a problem with Cotract Generation web service. Contact your system Administrator'
Any idea on how this can be resolved?

Got an answer to the problem:
The document set up should have been that of office 2003 but someone changed it to office 2007.
