Confirmations not getting updated in Shopping cart history in SRM

Hi Guys,

Can anyone help me in providing the inputs on my issue. This is SRM 4.0 Version classic scenario.

when a user does the confirmations in the SRM system it creates a GR in the SAP R/3 system perfectly.

But when the user tries to perform the confirmation for other orders, then he finds the same orders again in the pending list of confirmations . The system still shows as orders are pending for confirmations instead of disappearing from the list.

So please help me to fix for this issue.

Hi

Have you scheduled jobs CLEAN_REQREQ_UP and BBP_GET_STATUS_2 in SRM SYSTEM? if Yes, are these jobs running successfully..... BBP_GET_STATUS_2 gets the updates of follow on documents in to SRM....
