BRBackup error on DEV & QA

Dear all ,

AIX , Oracle ,

We are using 4 tapes for Online back (DEV and QA servers).

2 ---> DEV

2----> QA.

Last week i have taken backup successfully on both servers.

This week i got below error on both the servers.

BR0355I from /dev/rmt3.1 ...

BR0278E Command output of 'LANG=C cd /oracle/IRQ/sapbackup && /usr/sap/IRQ/SYS/exe/run/brtools -f detach LANG=C cpio -iuvB .tape.hdr0 < /dev/rmt3.1':

#cpio: End of tape. Load next tape

If you want to go on, type device/file name when ready

/dev/tty: No such device or address

hi Dear,

BR0218E Checking label on volume in device /dev/rmt3.1 failed

first you have to initialize your tape before take backup

brbackup -i -v TSTB01

(TST is SID)

also check following
