Delivery deleted but billing still not reversed

Dear All,

My user did a wrong thing that she deleted the DN after reverse it with vl09 .But she did forget to cancel the billing firstly.Now she can not cancel the billing because system inform her the DN does not exist.

I have two questions about this.Firstly how the system allow this kinds of thing happen?Secondly, now How can I cancel the billing?

Had your copy controls are in place as per standard, then definitely, it would not have been possible to delete a delivery when the subsequent document is not canceled.

So update the forum what routines are maintained in VTLA and VTFL.

Hi ,

Many thanks for your reply .For header level , we use 003.For Item level , we use 004.Both of them are SAP standard.
