XI Pending Queues

Hi,

We have some XI interfaces integrating POS and R3 which run daily.

Every week there is an R3 backup. Whenever the R3 is going for Offline Backup, the pending queues at the time of backup are not getting executed after the system is up.

Is there anything we can do about this issue ?

Hi Ashok,

Schedule the report RSQIWKEX to run periodically. This report enables automatically resets the queues.

Also set QRFC_RESTART_ALLOWED to value 1 under category Monitor in SXMB_ADM-> integration engine config.

Hello Ashok,

Chek the SAP Note 730870. Q20 and set the "initialRfcClientConnectCheck" parameter.
