Digital signature

Hi,

I created digital signature, users and stratergy...when i go to the status of the document where i defined digital signature users cannot able to release documents and gettinng errors as

"SSF information for Sap user ******** not found"

and some times errors like "SSF Error: Unable to find external security product"....

Let me know how to resolve this to complete the digital signature...

Hi Suresh,

This may be related to problems with your SAP Security Library (SAPSECULIB). Probably an outdated version of SAPSECULIB may be running on your system. Please refer SAP Note 354819 to correct this behavior.

Hi Suresh,

For Digital signatures a pop-up comes while saving the document. And you need to maintain this in user profile in SU01. Kindly check with basis team.
