AC53 - datamart data incomplete

Hi all,

we are working on datamart feature but we have an inconsistency between Management View Data TAB and Datamart table content.

In Management view we see around 1400 users with violations and in table GRC_DM_CC_SOD_PRM (Data Mart) we see around 450 users.

We had some trubles during risk analysys due to long time calculations (our R/3 system goes down every day for backup) and, in the GRC AC configuration tab, we put the flag "Enable Offline Risk Analysis" = NO.

Do you know if the flag must be set on YES in order to corrctly populate the datamart content ?

Yes we scheduled the Job in FULL SYNC....

Hello Andrea,

Please check if you guys have scheduled the BG job for Risk analysis and management reports properly and take necessary actions if not. These are the jobs which update the reports from time to time based on the frequency on which u have configured them to run.

Hi Andrea,

Have you scheduled DATA MART job, for full Sync. If not scheduled the same with full sync. i think, it works.
