Find QN with referance to MIC

At our client location they do RR for FG product. Once they reject MIC system create QN for that inspection lot.

Now recently due to audit requirement if issue is not critical they are not creating QN for each and every small problem too.

Now challenge for us how to trace QN with reference to MIC or operation?

Ex. We have inspection lot1. Now in this two lot two different operation. Op1 & Op2. In both operation 1 MIC. During RR business rejected both MIC but they created QN for first operation MIC only not for second one.

Now for report purpose business want to trace QN created with ref to which MIC? Please advice.

Dear Tom

Hope prior to the creation of the notification you are doing defect recording . When you do the defect recording in the result recording screen automaticaly the operation number gets copied in the notification. You can view the opertaion number in the Item overview of the notification
