No Adapter Engine Cache entry displayed in SXI_CACHE

Hi Experts,

For our PI 7.1 system, in tcode sxi_cache, under Goto --> Adapter Engine Cache, no entries are displayed.

We are using a central AE for our project. This particular issue is happening for our Prod system. For the other environments, Dev and Qas, the AE name, Type and URL are being displayed.

Can anyone please help out on this issue.

dont worry about it, once the IE(Integration Engine) starts processing new messages comming from AE(Adapter Engine) it will appear

As mentioned by Kiran and Rodrigo, this entry is only filled when one message is triggered to the AE. Refer Note : 817920

Hi

When we delete that entry from cache it will be re created when a new message is sent in PI. Are you getting any errors in prod system or just worried about not having that entry in Adapter engine cache?
