Incorrect interface data for set PDTAX in method U

We are working on SRM_SERVER 500 recently patched to SAPKIBKS16. After patching when trying to create a shopping cart we get the Abort message "Incorrect interface data for set PDTAX in method U".

We have searched SDN & OSS Notes but didn't find anything helpful on this.

Has anybody seen this message? Any shared experience will be greatly appreciated.

Hi

if you get this message for all shopping carts , i would recommend you to create a OSS message .

create step by step and attach the results to SAP . update here from which SP to 16 . you are going?

Note 1149027 - SC with hierarchy items and header text fails to create PO.

are you geting the same in web browser ?

if you get dumps attach the same to OSS message.

I have already posted the OSS message. I was just hoping somebody out there might have had the sameproblem so while waiting for SAP to reply can do some investigations.

order a shopping cart without tax.

let see how it works?

are you in classic mode oe ECS mode.

i am also working on SP upgrade now. no issues.

thanks for your reply. Yes we have Classic Scenario implemented and the same error was generated even if no tax was assigned.

Any BADI did you implement oriented shoping cart .

please deactivate all SC related BADI and create a shopping cart.

Note 1521893 - Follow-on note of note 1113660 released by SAP on 22nd Oct 2010 has solved the problem
