lot status REL CALC SPRQ

Dear Gurus,

I have maintained all the data required for doing Quality inspection for Incoming raw materials.After doing GR quality lot has generated. It is having the status as REL CALC SPRQ. Now am not able to do results recording.Kindly guide me how to do results recording n release the lot.Thank you.

1.have you ticked on the "check char" in QM view inspection type.Also check "auto Assignment"

2.Also check that in QA02 ->inspection specification>task list attached or not.

make the changes then from next lot onwards you can do RR

Check the Qm view in materail master.Go to Inspection set up and check for that inspection type indicator "inspection with task list" is set or not.If not, set it and create the task list for it.
