Index ebuild : RSORAISQ or RSORAISQN ??

friends..

I have a query.. which report i should prefer RSORAISQ or RSORAISQN for rebuilding Indexes in my system.

Also, i want to understand, what exactly happens in online option .. if full table is locked for its run if i select online option ?? I checked notes 712098/1026796.. but not clear. I do not have online option in RSORAISQ.. so does this mean i can not use it for online option ??

RSORAISQN is the newest program, so, use the new one.
