pricing requiremnt does not work when copying from invoice to returns order

Hi Experts,

Need your suggestion!

We have created a new pricing routine to exclude a ZRET condition type in case of returns order document type. When the returns order is created with reference to the invoice, still the condition type is getting activated. Pricing Analysis shows two access made to the ZRET condition type - one access excluding the condition type due to the requirement and the other access shows coondition record as found from the invoice. It however works when prices are redetermined.

Is there any other way to control this apart from going for the option of redermining prices.

If you just want that price for the condition type should not be redermined while doing this then, in copy contol VTAF, select target and source document and for your item category make pricing type as D

The copy control already has the setting mainatined as D. Inspite the condition type is getting copied from invoice into the returns document.

you should use pricing type B if you want to redetermine the pricing during returns.

Or if you have any manual conditions, use price type C.
