I have created alert rules and and I my alert message are in the RWB Alert Inbox BUT against the SAPConnect the message is against the INT > W/o Nodes -
I expect this against the SMTP node.
Why does my alert message not appear against the SAPConnect SMTP node?. My SU01 has the INT email address maintained.

for getting the alerts in the mailbox, the smtp configuration needs to be correct.
Please check the address of the mail server specified in the "scot".
Check the program: SXMSALERT_LOGREADER for checking the log.
Also, check the send status via t code "SOST" .
Check and suggest what it's displaying.

Hi,
Did you using the same email domain your SMTP node is configured for I mean like '*@xyz.com', is your email address contains the same youname @xyz.com.
If you click on the SMTP node then it will tell you the rules set and the email address it accepts , you need to go to the supported address table and infront of the internet check box click on the SET button and its will tell you the address area. if the address area of you email address is not the same then it will not go under this node.
