Want to see print preview from J1IP (not from VF01/02/03)

Hi,

Could any body help me out for the following issue immediately.

I want to see the print preview from Transaction code: J1IP before taking the print.

I tried in the folliowing ways to see the print preview but there is no sucess and nothing has been displayed.

1. After giving the Excise number in J1IP, I selected the line item and pressed the button 'Display Excise Invoice'.

There is no response and no impact.

2. I selected the line item and tried from the Menu: Excise Invoice->Print->On screen.

The same issue and nothig has been displayed in the screen.

All the required condition record has been maintained. (I can able to take the print, but i wan to see the preview before that)

MY question is i want to see the preview from J1IP (not from VF01/02/03) before taking the print out. Please understand I do not want to see the preview in VF01/02/03.

If any body knows to resolve the issue kindly reply immediately.

Before getting the print preview or printout in J1IP

we need to maintian the output J1I0 condition type in Billing document or VV31

Try ... help full or not

Thanks for your reply.

But my question is still not resolved. I have already mentioned VV31 has been maintained and because of that only I am takling the print.

Only my need is I want to see the print preview of Excise Invoice before taking the print.

Can anybody help on this.
