ITS: ITS Installation on Windows finished successfully

Hello,

When I want to install another ITS instance I try to execute sapinst.exe and I always get the message:

"ITS Installation on Windows finished successfully"

and I'm not able to perform any other instalation.

Can you help me in this?

Hi Ana,

seems to be a 6.20 ITS prior to PL21 right?

From the first installation there should be a Start menu enrty "Programs->SAPinst ITS 6.20->Prepare new installation" (alternative: execute NEWINST.cmd from your SAPinst directory) please execute this script prior to running SAPinst.
