We have a SAP BC 48 connecting at SAP Server, theres a big process running, executing many services, at the certainly point, the process connect at a FTP server within of SAP Server (This connection, is between a MPLS Link, through a firewall)
Recently, we are seen a big problem, at a point in the process, the BC stops to connect into FTP server, but still keeping the process of FTP in use, blocking new connections.
This failure, thats stop de FTP, maybe caused by a MPLS link instability, mas instantly the link returns, but the "FTP get" connections keep accumulating in the Service Usage of BC, but if you try to connect by handly into FTP Server, you easily can connect.
In this state its stay, after you restart the BC, or click on "Reset Server Cache" at Services Usage Menu, the process works, and the connections back to connect.
Any one knows something about FTP limit connections, or any other thing that maybe help us in this big problem for us.
