We implemented ChaRM for our HCM System in April and also identified a Change Manager position at that time; we are finding that the Change Manager is performing a lot of manual functions due to lack of ChaRM reports and we would like to streamline our processes if possible prior to our ChaRM implementation of the remaining systems. Our Change Manager would like to have a call with a Change Manager from another company that is also using ChaRM for Maintenance Projects. We've had issues where there have been Transports in the production buffer that were not approved; therefore, the Change Manager manually downloads the information from the buffers and compares to the Correction Documents. The Change Manger would like to run a report showing everything scheduled to be moved when the Maint Cycle is released, we can't find a report that shows one line of information such as Requestor, Developer, Transport Number(s), Correction Document, Description, etc... The Change Manager would like to run a report that shows one line for each Correction Document along with the Parnter name / number of the Tester and date / time tested. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Our Change Manager would like to speak with other Change Managers to compare processes. Thanks
