GRC web service comm back to CA identity manager

Hello

My organization is implementing the CA identity manager product. Essentially, CA will be sending Information Requests to LOCK and UNLOCK users based on their status within GPLD.

We've successfully received these requests, but what the IdM team is looking for is upon clicking "Approve" or "Reject", pushing a web service notification to the CA product for real-time status updates on each request.

Is this possible?

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Joe,

unfortunately that is not possible in 5.3. You'd have to call the request status web service and poll for the result.

AC 10.0 might bring that feature beginning of next year.
