Dear SAP Security Expert,

Really need help about how to restrict Work Order changes from IW32 by responsible work center using authorizations?

Is it possible?

Or must be using user exit?

Thanks...

Regards,

Yansen

Hi,

I doubt that standard authorization object covers this case. Check BADI IWO1_ORDER_BADI. The method AUTHORITY_CHECK_AUART_ACTIVIT looks promising.

It's not possible with standard objects. You can still create your own authorization object and add it to your roles. The check for your new objects needs to performed somewhere. That method looks like a good place for this check.
