Sold-to-Party is not assigned to Service Desk message

Hi all,

I have configured Service Desk in solman Ehp1SPS22.

even though i have maintained Partner Determination Procedure i get following msg.

"Sold-to-Party is not assigned to Service Desk message"

any suggestion for this.

hi,

Go to IB52 transaction, fill Installed base as 1 then Enter.Select SOL_MAN_DAT_REP and SAP system ID Go to Edit->Partner. In the next screen select Sold-to-Party and fill the BP user with F4 enter. Now when ever a new message is opened the sold to party will be assigned with this BP user.

Did you assign your Sold-to-Party Business Partner to the systems in IB52?
