Hi QM team,
We define various stages in dynamic modification. while defining skip stage we may define like this:
SKIP IS CHECKED
NO OF INSPECTIONS TO BE SKIPED 25
MAX SKIP DURATION 100DAYS
NEW STAGE 20
IF REJECTION = 1
NEW INSP STAGE 10
Here we have defined that in skip stage , we have to skip 25 lots. max skip duration is 100 days, Now we define if rejection = 1 then go to inspection stage 10.
My question is if we are skiipping inspection lots for inspection then how we will come to know rejection is there. In other word we are going to skip next 25 lots without any checking.
so is the case ? and if it is the case then what is the meaning of defining rejection counter in skip stage ?
Though skip inspection, lot will be generated with status as SKIP.For these lots, you will have to take the UD though no need to do result recording. So when you are giving UD, sometime it may happen, though you are not inspecting material, if you feel you can check it (may be in case, visually you can see some damages) and foung that material is rejected, you can give UD of lot as REJECT.At that time, there will be stage change.
