Dear forum members!
We are using SRM 7.0 with process-controlled workflow for local purchase contracts and orders.
Process determination depends on several fields in a document. One of these fields is a customer Z-field and it is changeable by user during document edition (when it is in "saved" status). But after changes of the field without saving the document a new process scheme doesn't determinate and we see an old list of approvers. We should save the document and after the next opening the new process scheme will be determinated and we see a new list of approvers.
Is it a correct system behaviour that it doesn't determinate process scheme "online"? May we influence on the online process determination by BAdI /SAPSRM/BD_WF_PROCESS_RESTART?
Thank you in advance!
Best regards,
Alexander
Hi,
What is the test result by save and refresh or just refresh?

Hi, Masa!
A new process scheme and new list of approvers is determined only after changing the field (so the process scheme should change too), then saving and opening a document again.
If we change the field (so the process scheme should change too) and then press 'Check' button there is no effect, we see the old list of approvers.
Best regards,
Alexander
Hi
Apply this note if applicable in your landscape. This issue should get resolved with this note:
