large number of returns in FPCRL with the error message

HI

I am having issue i.e. large number of returns in FPCRL with the error message u201CPayment scheme 1000000xxxxx not active. Use option '2' or '3' for returnsu201D

what could be reason for returns lot falling to clarification list..

Hi Vinod,

The error code you get must be EPS 084. I think during transaction FPCRL event 253 is called but what you need (I think) is event 960 to set RLMOD = 2 when payment scheme is not active instead of space.
