ESS id is getting blocked - SAP Community

Hi,

In ESS, while trying to create travel request or expense the id is getting blocked frquently and we had to unlock it from SM12.

The error message says " Person no . xxxx is blocked by his user id yyyy.

We are in EHP4

Hi,

The userid might be locked because of improper logouts. Ask users to logout the portal rather than closing the explorer window.

Thanks for the reply, we have checked that also and it is not because of improper logout. Even if are logging out properly still the issue comes.

Whenever you get this error, check in SM04. There has to be multiple logins for the same user
