If mapping the response to a new txt file is the requirement then this can be achieved very easily by using inbound and outbound proxis.
As per my logic, send the source txt file to inbound proxy and there you call the RFC and RFC will return the response into an internal table which you can send to XI (in same call) by using an outbound proxy. Now in XI you can map it to your desired structure.

Yes. It is possible if you use RFC Lookup.
