Kindly advise , how should i make free dialog work process (Users should not able to login in PRODCI)

Hi,

It seems that the WPs are getting occupied by the RFC calls coming from your satellite system. Beside configuring the number of work process correctly you can also limit the number of work process that can handle the incoming RFC requests in the system. Setting this parameter will leave some workprocess free to handle the dialog requests.

Hi,

Find out why so many process are being used by WF-BATCH. (most likely you will find they are running in the way they are suppose to run ). In that case you haven't configured your wp (count) correctly . In general looking at your wp distribution my perception is it is adequately configured, considering that it is CI . You need to have more DIA wp .

I hope you are aware of dpmon , just in case you landup in a situation where even Basis users can't login you might want to use it.
