Cannot access anymore RAR component

Hello folk's,

When we use GRC launchpad, we can access to CUP, ERM, but when we click

and try to access to RAR and SPM, we got the error "500 Internal Error".It takes a few minutes to get the error. It's the first time we've exeperienced this error. Nothing has been changed.

Please note the following :

- all webdynpros work fine except RAR

- when I click on RAR from SAP GRC AC launchpad I have either error

500cannot process the request with my user (YP2014 or YP2014F) or a

wrong display as attached where we can hardly navigate to another tab.

Any clue ?

Did you try to restart GRC?

500 error happens often when component is unvailable.

Sap and server restarted but helpless.

What kiind of browser are you using? Try IE7 or IE8.

Whatever explorer we use, even Firefox, we keep having this trouble.
