Portal user got locked when modifying roles EP 7.0

Hello Experts-

I was trying to modify the roles assigned to a user. I left the screen idle for a while and it timed out. Now when I try to modify the user, I am getting an error message that user is locked and no modification is possible. can you please let me know how to unlock it.

It different from portal obejcts getting locked. I am not able to it in locked objects under sys admin> monitoring > portal > object locking.

Please let me know.

In the SAP WAS home page go to the User Management engine, in the next screen make sure search criteria you have "user"

put the user name click go.

select/double click the user

at the bottom portion of the screen you will see modify tab click that

click on account information , the very first line you will see

User Account locked if its checked , uncheck it
