Consignment Issue - Resheduling.

Dear All,

We create COnsignment issue order with material X, whee stcoks were 0, item level its not confimred.

Next we place the consignment stocks Via MB1C, and trying to run V_V2 resheduling job, but system is not confirming the quanity ar item level.. can you please put some light.

The process what you had narrated is totally wrong.

In consignment issue, you should not create stock but should have been made available when you do fill up delivery with movement type 631.

For any reason, if the stock is not available to do issue delivery, then it could be due to

a) issue order quantity greater than proforma quantity which you have to cross check for each and every 631 movement

b) warehouse special stock would have been reduced with some movement types like 292W

Thanks, but we have customized as per business requirment. lnot like standard ways, con.fill up, where stocks will create for customer in MSKU table.

We create order consigmnet issue order directly without fill up. and place stcks with MB1C as speical stock indicator.

Now we are tring to run V_V2 t.code, where system is not able to confirm.

Hi Ramki,

As per standard we have to do the consignment fillup.Becuase system recognises that the plant stock has been posted to particuklar consignee with the Special stock indicator"W" which is harcoded in the movement type "631" You can see this in the transaction "OMJJ" and select the movement type "631" and Select Filed selection/Batch search procedure and click on general data and at the top you can see the "Spec.Ind.f.St.TrnsferW". Then system will place this stock under consigment. When you do the issue ,system seraches for the consignment stock rather than the Unrestricted stock at the palnt level. To achieve , what you are looking for , you can proceed by posting the intial sotkc with the special stock category "W"(System will ask for the customer, enter the same) and check the stock in MMBE. It will show the customer consignment stock. Now proceed creating the issue, you will not find any problem. Kindly please let me know If you need any more information on this.

Hi Ram,

Yes, after posting from MB1C at customer level with spl stock indicator W. Stocks available at customer name.

But we old order(con.issue order) which are not confimred should confirm by resheduling job. but its not confimring the same.

In that case, try to deactivate the availability check for consignment issue order and complete the process.

Hi Ramki,

It wont be Rescheduled unless until you have the stock with special stock category assigned to some other sales order of the same type and run the rescheduling. Any way you go ahead and do the Manual availability check in the sales order(Issue, system should now confirm the schedule lines). Kindly please let me know If you need any more information on this.

keep the material field blank and need to run to reschedule in background for procut selection materials.
