Default chart of account value in G/L search

Hi,

When creating a shopping cart, and searching for a G/L account we would like have defaultet a value for the chart of account. So that the users doesn't search on unused standart chart of accounts.... (We only use one in production)

Anyone with an idea of how to solve this problem?

when you search a GL

G/L Account number in chart of accounts.

then you can see always defaulted your chart of account.

G/L Account number in company code

THEN COMPANY CODE WILL BE SHOWN

Via the SAP menu path: System > User profile > Own data
Or Execute transaction code SU3

You should now be on the “Maintain User Profile” screen:

go to parameter tab and add the following:

parameter id :KPL

parameter value : your chart of account

then save

this should be updated per user

I solved this issue via the portal config, via "&sap-config-mode=true" then I entered the relavant chart of account and made that default, and finally I made the "chart of account field" inactive, so that users don't accidentially enter a wrong chart of account...

Please enter the default g/l account in PPOSA_BBP

set the default setting in the Shopping cart screen
