Disaggregation in DP Planning book.

Hello Experts,

We have a KF in DP Planning book with ( Yr, Month & Wk as Data views) where user can manaully add the values.

Issue: User adds the values say, 100,000 in year data view for year 2010, 2011 & 2012. the values correctly disaggregates to month & week data view for year 2010 & 2011 proportionally but not for 2012.

Could you please let me know where should I check or why the system wrongly disaggregates the values for 2012( month & wk data view ) only ??

Hi Rahul,

1) Check under the planning area whether the disagregation field is

maintained correctly for the key figures.

2) Check the time bucket profile for correct definition

3) Try reinitialising the planning area after suitable back ups

4) Try running /SAPAPO/TSCONS to check any inconsistencies

Hi,

1) Are you using a fiscal variant? Meaning have you defined 2010, 2011 and 2012 as per custom calendar or are you using a standard SAP calendar?

2) Can you give us an example of the disaggregation happening for 2012? Just to understand what kind of calculation error is happening?

Hello all,

The problem lied with the Time series, user added values in 2012, before the TS was created.

Solution: Asked user to remove all the values & re-add them. PROBLEM SOLVED.
